THE FLUFF 'n STUFF
A budget friendly staging service that blends existing client items with
CHC inventory, a.k.a. "FLUFF", to elevate the presentation of select key
rooms or a particular space in need of retuning.
Includes:
Approximately 3 hours of styling with CHC Team.
CHC team may edit out client decor, furnishings and replace with CHC items
(i.e. lamps, art, soft goods, accent pieces etc.)
With any CHC inventory installation, the contract includes a 60 day rental and
usage.
Usage is for marketing and showing purposes.
Delivery and pick up of any "Fluff 'n Stuff" items installed.

Beds in need a boost? Let us "top" the beds in neutral, elegant and attractive linens to give each bed a polished look. Cost is per bed and includes top coverlet, quilt, shams, decorative pillows and throw.

THE ESSENTIALS
The Essentials package provides full staging for designated key rooms.
"Full Stage" means the rooms are empty. The Essentials package covers
staging for the following rooms:
Entry - exterior and interior $300
Living (or Family) Room - $700
Dining Room - $800
Kitchen and Kitchen Dining - $375
Inventory selection, design plan, delivery, staging, de-staging and pick up
$850
Furniture includes furniture, rugs, art, lamps, accessories, soft goods, pillows,
linens, greenery and decor.
60 day rental of installed inventory
Monthly extension available for a reduced fee of 30% of total staging costs.
Price Range $2,000 - $3,200

THE TOP PERFORMER
A notch up from the Essentials package... The Top Performer includes staging in the following key rooms:
- Entry - exterior and interior $300
- Living (or Family) Room - $700
- Dining Room - $800

- Family Room - $700
- Primary Bedroom and Bath - $800
- Additional baths $50/bath
- Transitional areas are included with this package - hallways generally but could also be a mud/laundry space
- Inventory selection, design plan, delivery, staging, de-staging and pick up $850
- Furniture includes furniture, rugs, art, lamps, accessories, soft goods, pillows, linens, greenery and decor.
- 60 day rental of installed inventory
