Selling your home can be overwhelming - let a Home Staging Consultation with us be the first step in a successful sale.

During our consultation, you will be met by Allison and possibly another team member where she will tour your home. Within a few days you will receive a written proposal outlining room by room on how to best present your home for a quick and productive sale. Recommendations can run from simple decluttering to packing, painting, cosmetic updates, repairs, etc. The proposal will map out the path ahead for any seller to apply on their own, or if they prefer to hire CHC to assist in any way. Our team includes a network of licensed subcontractors, painters, plumbers, electricians and more. We can facilitate the completion of repairs or cosmetic updates that can help you capture the most equity in your home.

Always budget conscious, CHC can offer creative ways to style and work with a client’s existing furnishings and items to best enhance each space. Lastly, CHC can assist in updating your home’s style with add ons from our own vast inventory of furnishings, art, carpeting, lighting, and accessories. The proposal will identify any ways that the team and/or our inventory can enhance your home.

Our consultations are about an hour in length and a written proposal is provided within 4-5 business days.

Vacant Staging

Designed and styled staging to occupy the key rooms in your vacant home that appeals to potential buyers, that outperforms the competition, gets your home sold quickly and maximizes your profits.

The key rooms in most homes - Entry, Living, Dining, Kitchen, Family Room and Primary Bedroom. Additional rooms can be added on to fit your budget, home's unique floor plan and price point. This allows you to relax while we give your home that stylish and lived in feel to draw in potential buyers.

Each vacant staging package covers the design plan, delivery, set up, collection and installation of CHC inventory items as well as a 60 day usage/rental arrangement. 60 days enables your agent to arrange professional photography, initial showings, open houses, home inspections and often even appraisals. If 60 days is not long enough to secure a buyer, or a deal should fall through, our items can be rented on a month to month basis for a reduced fee.

Each vacant staging proposal varies in cost and scale but all installation and inventory rental arrangements are customizable.

Occupied Staging

Most sellers are still living in their home when they list and market it to sell. Our initial staging consultation will outline any recommended updates, furniture placement or things that homeowner can do on their own to get prepared. Often times seller’s need help to “close the gap” with their home’s presentation and this is where our inventory can be installed to blend with the homeowner’s items to create an elevated look throughout the home. This can be a very simple installation or one that is more involved. Most sellers are shocked by the transformation that installing a few key items can do to update and enhance their own belongings.

Fluff n Stuff Package - Approx $1000

This package is meant to “fluff” the homeowners items with our own “stuff” (aka inventory) and boost the entire presentation of the whole space. CHC supplements items such as rugs, art, accent furniture, lighting, accessories etc with neutral, classic yet on trend design items that buyers are drawn to. Each Fluff n Stuff package covers the design plan, delivery, set up, collection and installation of inventory items as well as a 60 day usage/rental arrangement. 60 days enables your agent to arrange professional photography, initial showings, open houses, home inspections and often even appraisals. Furniture and Accessory Rental

Generally this service is inclusive in a vacant or occupied staging contract. However, furniture rental is another service we provide for sellers or agents that just need a few items to update their space. Rental and usage contracts would be customized.

Home Refreshing Styling, Cosmetic Updates, Renovations - $100/hour

Many times our seller’s are so pleased with their experience with us that they want to hire us to help with their NEW home. Combined with Allison’s design style and renovation experience, CHC Home Staging has a fantastic network of contractors, subcontractors, painters, electricians etc. that can help make your new home feel like your own.
